Analysis and Specification
AMT-SYBEX have developed and refined an analysis and design methodology that has been proved time and time again in one successful development project after another. These skills can now be applied across a whole range of bespoke development, package implementation and product customisation to ensure that any project is also a complete success from Day 1. AMT-SYBEX employs a team of experienced business analysts, recruited from a wide range of industry sectors. Working closely with the client project team, they investigate and establish the base requirements for the system. These are then set out in a Customer Requirements Specification, which is refined and agreed with the client.
The Customer Requirements Specification forms the basis for the design phase. The Systems Analysts work closely with the client to develop the detailed Functional Specification. Various prototyping and review techniques can be applied here to ensure that a thorough design is produced as quickly and efficiently as possible.
