Implementation Consultancy
AMT-SYBEX employs a team of consultants with extensive Aircraft Leasing experience. We can assist clients in configuring and implementing the application software to meet their unique business needs. Implementation consultants work alongside the client project team during all phases of the project, providing guidance and assistance on key software usage and business issues.
The Implementation Consultants are uniquely positioned to help the client project team evaluate the options for configuring various application software modules to achieve the best possible solution. The Implementation Consultants present the various options available within the software for solving the clients business issues, as well as offering alternate points of view based on their industry experience and knowledge of the functional area under discussion. Working in close partnership with the client project team the consultants assist in documenting the design decisions. They will direct the production of key deliverable documents which detail how the application software will be used, how the clients business processes will be changed by using the software, how the clients data will be structured in the new environment and how existing data will be transferred to the new solution.
Process Services/Consultancy
AMT-SYBEX process consultants assist the client project team to define and map their current business processes in preparation for application software design. During the design phase of the project the process consultant assists the project team to develop new business processes based on sound process guidelines to ensure minimum disruptions. AMT-SYBEX process consultants can provide a variety of process-related services to clients, including; Process Mapping, Process Design and Re-design.
Risk Management Services
AMT-SYBEX risk managers assist the client in identifying project risks, categorising and rating the risks and developing a set of contingency plans.
