Web

ICMS provides a Web Based Portal into the System, which can be used by the wider User population to quickly access information on their Leasing Business.

The ICMS Home Page provides the following key functions:

  • The content of the Web Site may be customised for different Departments and Users
  • It is possible to place ‘Shortcuts' on the Homepage to quickly bring Users to the information with a single click
  • Content of data displayed in Explorer lists can be customised, allowing for multiple views of data
  • List of Key reports can be placed on the Home Page, allowing Users to quickly access key data
  • Key Performance Indicators may be placed on the Home Page, thus allowing Management to monitor key issues

Diary

ICMS provides Event Tracking functionality throughout the System. The Diary module allows the User to view these Events in an easy to use, yet powerful interface. The Diary provides functionality such as:

  • Daily Task List for Contracts Administration covering Rate Resets, Utilisation, Invoices, Receivables etc
  • Track Who/When work carried out
  • Work Planning
  • Event Monitoring for:
    • Contracts Management
    • Milestone
    • Insurance
    • Lessee/Lessor Options
    • Technical Events
    • Company Events
    • User defined information
  • Document Generation

Reports

ICMS contains a set of standard reports, that may be accessed through out the System These Reports provide a wide range of information on all key modules in the System and will provide clients with all of their reporting requirements.

Examples of the types of Reports provided are as follows:

  • Schedule of Payments for each Category of Contract
  • Statement for each Category of Contract
  • Maintenance Reserve Fund Balances
  • Utilisation History
  • Deposit Balances
  • Cashflows
  • Debtor Balances
  • Daily Movements
  • Monthly Movements
  • Customer Statements
  • Maintenance Planning
  • Portfolio Reporting

AMT-SYBEX support the development of User defined Reports. ICMS also allows the User to register reports with the System, which means that the User defined reports are available to all personnel from the standard set of ICMS Screens and Web Pages.

Companies and Contacts Database

ICMS contains a Company Database that acts as a repository for both internal and external companies. The Contacts Database can be accessed from Blackberry devices if required.

All Internal Companies will be stored within the Company Database, together with all corresponding Company Secretarial Details.

For external Companies such as Airlines for example, information such as Address, Contacts, Credit Ratings, Lessee Due Diligence/Airline Health Information and Fleet Details can be stored.

Document Storage capabilities allow the User to store any relevant details in the System.

The User can then use Event Management, to monitor events such as Financial Information Event, or when Remarketing Plans due based on Third Party mandates.

Third Party System Integration

ICMS allows for the storage of both NBV Scheduled and Appraised Market Valuations in the System.

Using the flexible Depreciation functionality, the User can depreciate the Asset at an Aircraft or at a Component Level, producing an aggregated Depreciation balance at each month end.  

The System also supports the storage of multiple Market Valuations of Assets from Appraisers such as AVITAS or AIRCLAIMS.
