Our Managed Services business area was formed over 15 years ago with the provision of second line support for our own software products, and expanded over the years to offer a wide portfolio of application and solution support services to our clients in our chosen sectors. Our success supports our approach to service provision which is based on quality, measurable services and an understanding of the specific support needs of our clients. Our services are proven in the marketplace, with an exceptionally high rate of contract renewals. Every element of our contracted portfolio is backed by Service Level Agreements formulated on the basis of internationally recognised standards such as ITIL® and ISO9001.

In parallel with these application support portfolios and in tandem with carefully selected partners, our Managed Services now offer deployment options including Cloud and Infrastructure as a Service for all of our strategic products.
